I became an Accredited VIG Practitioner in 2018 and I got accredited as a VIG supervisor in 2021. Miriam Landor and Penny Forsyth are my supervisors. As almost all of my clients are Chinese speaking, they have to spend extra efforts in supervising me. I am very grateful to them for their unfailing support and encouragement. I had worked as an Educational Psychologist for more than 20 years in the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Government and was the head of the Educational Psychological Services before I left the service. The effectiveness of Video Interaction Guidance and Video Enhanced Reflective Practice greatly impress me and I am interested in introducing them to the Educational Psychologists in Hong Kong.
