Penny is a member of SeeChange a group of independent trainers with over 20 years experience in VIG including Video Enhanced Reflective Practice (VERP) and Video Feedforward working with a range of professionals and families.

Penny was a Senior Educational Psychologist, Dundee VIG Network Co-ordinator, founder member of the VERoC Centre at the University of Dundee and a founder member of AVIGuk serving on the board for several years. She has co-authored two chapters in 'Video Interaction Guidance' (Jessica Kingsley 2011) on VIG in education and with autism. Her research focus has been adult learning, autism and family interventions. (pennyforsyth10@gmail.com)
