About

I am currently a trainee VIG supervisor and receive my supervision from Marie Robertson. I started training in VIG in 2016, receiving monthly supervision with Jenny Jarvis, which helped me to move through to accreditation in 2017.
I love to deliver VIG to families and schools within Birmingham, through my work as an educational psychologist . My current interests are in creative use of VIG (e.g. using VIG to support Emotion Coaching and SCERTS) and in connecting with VIG practitioners across the West Midlands and beyond. My north star is to become involved in the setting up of a dedicated VIG service to support the delivery of VIG across multiagency teams, providing a common sense of purpose to build on what works.
I am passionate about VIG and believe that the skills learned and the support felt through VIG, ripples out into my personal and working life to enhance relationships and engender a more hopeful and nourished path.
