I am a very experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging AVIGuk supervisor and VIG practitioner, following thirty years working as a local authority Educational Psychologist. I enjoy guiding the learning of others from a wide range of work contexts to achieve practitioner, advanced practitioner and/or supervisor status with AVIGuk. I am skilled at delivering training and supervision face-to-face and online, to best suit the learners' needs. I have experience of designing bespoke staff training packages, VIG or VERP research and project work to embed VIG into organisations as well as leading on AVIGuk Initial Training Courses and accreditation events.
I offer VIG and VERP to families and professionals in Education, Health or Social Care across Wessex including the Isle of Wight. I have particular interest in supporting parents, carers and educators to promote secure attachments and effective learning for children in, from or on the edge of care and considerable early years knowledge. I trade as Reflect and Grow Psychology to accept self-referrals, or referrals from services including court-directed work. A free initial consultation is always offered prior to setting up a contract to provide client work or supervision.
