About
I am originally from the UK, where I worked as a Mental Health Nurse, Health Visitor and Nurse Specialist in Perinatal Mental Health. I moved to NSW, Australia in 2018 and am currently Safe Start Coordinator and Team Leader for Perinatal and Infant Mental Health for Western Sydney Local Health District. In addition to training in VIG I am also undertaking training in Equine Assisted Mental Health - due to graduate in June 2026.
