Caroline Feltham-King
I am an advanced supervisor, trainer and VIG practitioner who can deliver supervision on-line and/or face-to-face (in Winchester or Bath) to best suit the learner's needs. An EP, I also have experience in designing and delivering bespoke staff VIG or VERP training packages, when face-to-face supervision in the workplace is possible.
I am an established Educational Psychologist and experienced VIG practitioner, trainer and supervisor trading as Reflect and Grow Psychology and I supervise trainees on this Supervised Practice Course.
I enjoy guiding the learning of professionals from health, education and social care* to achieve practitioner, advanced practitioner and/or supervisor status. I offer an initial session for free, before we progress to a contract of expectations between us.
*Trainee practitioners include Health Visitors, Perinatal infant mental health specialists, Occupational, Art or Play Therapists, Clinical and Educational Psychologists, Early Years Specialist teachers and nursery nurses, Child and Family Psychotherapists, Family Support Workers, Social Workers.
