I am a Speech and Language Therapist currently working in the NHS with clients with a mild/borderline Learning Disability in a Forensic setting. I am enjoying implementing VIG and supporting clients to develop their social communication skills and their relationships with others. VIG fits well with the Good Lives Model approach that is adopted by our service and allows clients to think about how they Get Along with Others, one of the four domains that forms their treatment.
