I am a VIG supervisor based in Kent. As a VIG practitioner I have worked within a range of different contexts including with families and schools. I have supported relationships between an adult and a child or children as well as developing teams and professional development using Video Enhanced Reflective Practice. I have a particular interest in working with children who are in care and supporting those who work with them to understand how best they can develop their relationships with them.
I have supervised different professionals including Educational Psychologists, teachers, and university lecturers.
I have been using VERP to enable professionals to increase their awareness of the skills that they have and to become conscious of how they effectively relate to others. This has helped build teams, confidence and been used to support the development of these skills in others.
