I am an Educational Psychologist (EP) working in Southend. I am an accredited VIG practitioner and I am working towards advanced practitioner status. I have used VIG with families and teaching staff. I also enjoy using VERP to support school staff develop their skills. I also use VERP as a supervisor (to assistant and trainee EPs) and as a way to continue to develop and reflect on my own practice as an EP. I love linking up with others to share practice & ideas.
